Joan Fiss Bishop (B. Ed. University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh 1931 and A.M. Radcliffe 1935) was one of five pioneer graduates of the Harvard-Radcliffe Program in Business Administration in 1938. She was an active alumna serving on the Harvard-Radcliffe Program in Business Administration alumnae chapter's board, helping to organize annual alumnae conferences, and staying in close touch with former administrators of the program: Raghnild Roberts and Edith Stedman. She was director of Career Counseling at Wellesley College, 1944-1975, and after retirement, ran career programs at Harvard Graduate School of Design. She died in 1981.
