BIOGRAPHY

A Vermont agriculturist, Mildred E. Buller Smith also worked as a milk price specialist for the Office of Price Administration, 1943-1946.

SCOPE AND CONTENT

These papers consist of the journals of a woman agriculturalist, mainly descriptive of work on the Dimock Farm in East Corinth, Vermont, and a winter in Florida, as well as of a trip abroad in 1929. There are also two volumes of Economic Briefs, letters and memoranda by Mildred E. Buller Smith as milk price specialist for the Office of Price Administration, 1943-1946. Additionally there are records of the Woman's Land Army, 1917-1919, including the Woman's Agricultural Camp, Bedford, New York, 1917, and the Wellesley College Training Camp, 1919, including recipes, a photograph album, and buckle and buttons with insignia.
