Biographical / Historical

Dr. Edmund G. Wilson (1920-1997) was a dentist in Meyersdale, Pennsylvania and also taught dental medicine for 24 years at the University of Pittsburgh Dental School and at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Wilson also was a collector of scores of German and Austrian opera and operetta. John M. Ward acquired some of Wilson's collection, and these papers came to the John M. Ward collection with Wilson's materials.
