Scope and Contents

Letters from Latin American literary correspondents to University of Massachusetts professor, Ricardo Navas-Ruiz. The majority of the letters are responses to Navas-Ruiz's requests for permission to use the author's work for an anthology of Latin American literature. Includes letters from Miguel Angel Asturias, Miguel Delibes, Jorge Icaza and many others.
