Buckingham was an English statesman and the first Duke of Buckingham.

Scope and Contents

Poems by James I (1566-162), king of Great Britain and by others along with other compositions about the assassination of Villiers (1592-1628). Includes one autograph letter by Villiers as well as manuscripts in an unidentified hand of letters to and from Villiers and a speech by him.
