Cocteau was a French visual artist, writer, and film maker; his film Blood of a Poet (Le sang d'un poète) had its premiere in 1932 in Paris.

Scope and Contents

Includes an autograph letter to Georges Auric concerning the film's music, autograph and typescript manuscripts concerning the script and scenarios, and drawings relating to the film. Also includes a music outline for film adaptation of Henry Bataille's play L'Enfant de l'amour.
