Abstract: Handwritten index on theological subjects, such as idealism, realism, faith, and miracles, compiled by Unitarian miniser William Silsbee in 1832.
The Rev. William Silsbee was born in Salem, Massachusetts, May 17, 1813. He received the AB degree from Harvard in 1832 and graduated from Harvard Divinity School in 1836. He was ordained a Unitarian minister in Walpole, New Hampshire, in 1840, served at churches in Northampton, Massachusetts, and Melrose, Massachusetts, and was pastor of a church in Trenton, New York, from 1867 to 1887.
The volume is a handwritten index to a number of theological subjects, such as idealism, realism, faith, and miracles.
