Mary Grace Canfield was also a member of the League of Women Voters. She is the author of The Valley of the Kedron: The Story of the South Parish, Woodstock, Vermont (1940).
This collection consists of two of Canfield's manuscripts. The first is a photocopy of a typed manuscript of an essay entitled Universalism in North Carolina, undated, with notes by John Enoch Williams (105 pages). Williams built on this manuscript to create his own work on Universalism in North Carolina. The other manuscript is entitled Early Universalism in Vermont and the Connecticut Valley, 1941.
