Pitt Morse (1796-1860) was educated at the Woodstock Academy in Connecticut. He was fellowshipped to the Universalist ministry in 1819 and ordained in 1820. He served parishes in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Henderson, Brownville, and Watertown, New York. He published the religious periodical Herald of Salvation.
Sermons are mostly undated, and are therefore arranged in order of the Bible passage preached on. The few that are dated are noted.
